Description

Rhamdioglanis transfasciatus is a small, reclusive freshwater catfish native to the Atlantic Forest drainages of Brazil. It features a mottled brown coloration with darker bands, providing excellent camouflage. This nocturnal species is generally peaceful but will prey on very small invertebrates and fish.
