Description
The Red Gurnard is a distinctive marine fish known for its large, wing-like pectoral fins, often brightly colored with blue edges and black spots. It uses modified fin rays to 'walk' along the seabed, foraging for crustaceans and small fish. This species requires a large, mature marine aquarium with plenty of open sand for foraging.
