Description
The Pygmy Halfbeak is a slender, surface-dwelling fish characterized by its elongated lower jaw. These livebearers thrive in planted aquariums with plenty of floating vegetation, where they can hunt small insects and other surface foods. While generally peaceful, they can be territorial among males and may nip fins of slow-moving, long-finned tankmates.
