Description
The Pacific Ocean Perch is a deep-dwelling rockfish known for its vibrant reddish-orange coloration and large eyes, adapted for low light conditions. This commercially important species forms large schools over rocky bottoms in the cold waters of the North Pacific. It is not suitable for typical home aquariums due to its size, specific deep-water habitat requirements, and very cold temperature needs.
