Description
The Ogun Labeo is a large, elongated cyprinid fish native to the Ogun River basin in West Africa. It is characterized by a prominent dark lateral stripe running from its head to the caudal fin and is primarily an herbivorous bottom-dweller. This species can be territorial, especially as it matures or if kept in insufficient space.
