Description
The Ocellated Wrasse is a small, colorful marine fish characterized by an orange-brown body, a pale lateral stripe, and striking blue lines on its head. A prominent black spot (ocellus) ringed in blue is visible on its operculum. It is native to the Mediterranean and Eastern Atlantic, inhabiting rocky and seagrass beds.
