The Notchtongue Goby, also known as the Hi-Fin Red Banded Goby, is a small, peaceful saltwater fish recognized by its distinctive black and white banding and elongated first dorsal fin ray. It forms a symbiotic relationship with pistol shrimp, sharing a burrow for protection. This shy species thrives in well-established reef aquariums with sandy substrates.
