Description
The Northern Snakehead is a large, highly predatory freshwater fish native to East Asia, characterized by its elongated body, snake-like head, and mottled pattern. It is an obligate air-breather, capable of surviving out of water for extended periods and moving across land. Due to its aggressive nature and potential to become an invasive species, it requires a very large, species-specific aquarium with robust filtration and a secure lid.
