Description
The Magdalena Triportheus is a silvery, active characin native to the Magdalena River basin in Colombia. Characterized by its deep body and often a ventral keel, it requires ample swimming space and clean, well-oxygenated water. These schooling fish can be semi-aggressive, especially if not kept in a large enough group or tank.
