Description
The Longspine Combfish is a slender, bottom-dwelling marine fish found in the Eastern Pacific. It is easily recognized by its exceptionally long first dorsal fin spine and mottled brown coloration, providing camouflage on sandy or muddy substrates. This predatory species feeds on small crustaceans and fish.
