Description
The Long-nosed Knifefish is a unique South American species known for its extremely elongated, pointed snout and eel-like body. This nocturnal, bottom-dwelling fish often buries itself in fine sand or mud during the day, emerging at night to hunt for small invertebrates. It requires a large tank with a soft substrate and stable water parameters.
