Description
The Lined Coris is a large and active wrasse, displaying vibrant blue coloration with horizontal lines as an adult, while juveniles exhibit striking red and white patterns. These sand-dwelling fish are known to bury themselves at night or when startled. They are carnivorous and will consume a variety of invertebrates, making them unsuitable for reef tanks with ornamental shrimp or snails.
