Description
The Lefua torrentis, commonly known as the Torrent Loach, is a small, elongated freshwater fish native to fast-flowing mountain streams of the Korean Peninsula. It is characterized by its mottled brown coloration, small eyes, and barbels around its mouth, which it uses to forage for food on the substrate. This peaceful bottom-dweller thrives in well-oxygenated aquariums with strong currents and a substrate of sand, gravel, and smooth rocks.
