Description
Betta simplex is a mouthbrooding Betta species native to the Krabi province of Thailand. Unlike the more common Siamese fighting fish, this species is known for its relatively peaceful temperament and unique paternal mouthbrooding behavior. They exhibit subtle coloration, often with iridescent scales and dark fin edges.
