Description
Hicks' Toadfish is a unique marine ambush predator known for its large head, mottled brown and white coloration, and prominent eyes. This bottom-dwelling fish expertly camouflages itself among rocks and sand, patiently waiting to ambush crustaceans, mollusks, and smaller fish. While hardy, it requires a dedicated marine aquarium with stable water parameters and appropriate tankmates.
