Description

The Hawaiian Flagtail, also known as Aholehole, is a schooling fish native to the brackish and freshwater streams and estuaries of Hawaii and other Pacific islands. These hardy fish are euryhaline, capable of adapting to a wide range of salinities, and can grow quite large. They are generally peaceful towards similarly sized fish but may prey on very small tankmates.
