Description
The European Hake is a large, elongated marine predatory fish with a silvery-grey body and a large mouth. It inhabits deep waters of the Eastern Atlantic and Mediterranean, preying on smaller fish, crustaceans, and cephalopods. Due to its size and specific environmental needs, it is exclusively found in large public aquariums.
