Description
The Banded Guitarfish, also known as the Southern Fiddler Ray, is a large, bottom-dwelling ray endemic to southern Australian waters. Characterized by its flattened body, pointed snout, and distinctive banded pattern, it primarily feeds on benthic invertebrates and small fish. Due to its significant adult size, it is exclusively suited for very large public aquariums.
