Description
The Geelbeck Croaker (*Atractoscion aequidens*) is a large, predatory marine fish native to the southeastern Atlantic and western Indian Ocean, particularly off South Africa and Australia. Reaching over 50 inches, it is a commercially important species known for its strong fighting ability and piscivorous diet. Due to its immense size and specialized saltwater requirements, it is entirely unsuitable for typical home aquariums and is only found in very large public displays.
