Description
The Eulachon, also known as Candlefish or Hooligan, is a small, anadromous smelt species native to the North Pacific. They are known for their high oil content and spend most of their lives in the ocean before migrating to freshwater rivers to spawn. Due to their specialized anadromous life cycle and large space requirements, they are not suitable for typical home aquariums.
