Description

The Duckbill Catfish is a large, predatory South American catfish recognized by its distinctive flattened, elongated snout and very long barbels. This nocturnal hunter requires a spacious aquarium with plenty of hiding spots. While generally peaceful with fish too large to be considered prey, it will readily consume smaller tankmates.
