Description
The Deepwater Squirrelfish is a nocturnal, predatory marine fish characterized by its striking red body adorned with prominent silvery-white horizontal stripes and large, red eyes. It prefers rocky crevices and caves for shelter during the day, emerging at night to hunt for small crustaceans and fish. This species requires a mature aquarium with ample hiding spots and careful tankmate selection.
