Description
The Caledonian red-nose, likely Stiphodon rutilaureus, is a small, peaceful freshwater goby known for its striking coloration, featuring a bright orange or red snout and a similarly colored caudal peduncle. These bottom-dwelling fish thrive in well-oxygenated, mature aquariums with plenty of rocks and established biofilm for grazing. They are excellent algae eaters and a unique addition to a peaceful community tank.
