Description
The Broadhead Goosefish is a large, benthic anglerfish found in the Western Atlantic Ocean. It is an ambush predator, using its camouflaged body and modified dorsal fin (illicium) to lure unsuspecting prey. Its enormous mouth allows it to swallow prey almost as large as itself, making it unsuitable for most aquariums.
