Description
The Blackspot Gurnard is a unique saltwater fish known for its exceptionally large, wing-like pectoral fins, often displaying vibrant blue patterns and a distinct black spot. It uses these fins to "walk" along the seafloor and to glide short distances. This benthic carnivore sifts through sandy substrates for small invertebrates.
