Description
The Blackfin Sweetlips (Plectorhinchus gaterinus) is a large, striking marine fish characterized by its greyish body covered in numerous black spots, and bright yellow dorsal and caudal fins also adorned with black spots. Juveniles often display stripes that transition into spots as they mature. This species is a nocturnal feeder, primarily preying on benthic invertebrates and small crustaceans.
