Description
The Blackear Bass is a small, colorful marine fish found in the Western Atlantic, often inhabiting rocky reefs and coral environments. It is a carnivorous species, feeding on small invertebrates and crustaceans. While generally peaceful towards dissimilar tankmates, it can be territorial with other basslets or similar-looking fish.
