Description
The Black-bellied Anglerfish is a large, bottom-dwelling marine fish known for its flattened body and excellent camouflage. It is an ambush predator, using its modified first dorsal fin ray (illicium) as a lure to attract prey. This species is not suitable for home aquariums due to its size and specialized deep-water requirements.
