Description
The Banded Garden Eel is a unique and shy saltwater fish characterized by its striking black and white banded pattern. These eels live in colonies, anchoring their tails in deep sand beds and swaying in the current to filter-feed on zooplankton. They require a specialized aquarium with a very deep sand bed and extremely peaceful tankmates.
