Description
The Australian Sawtail is a large, robust surgeonfish native to the temperate waters of Australia and New Zealand. It is characterized by its greyish body and distinctive black spots on the caudal peduncle, which house sharp, saw-like spines. This herbivorous species requires a spacious marine aquarium with ample rockwork for grazing and hiding.
