Description

The Atlantic Mutton Hamlet, commonly known as the Butter Hamlet, is a small, predatory reef fish known for its variable coloration, often mottled brown to yellow with iridescent blue markings. They are territorial and can be semi-aggressive, especially towards conspecifics or similar-looking fish. This species requires a well-established saltwater aquarium with plenty of rockwork for hiding.
