Description
The Asterropteryx ovata, commonly known as the Starry Goby, is a small, peaceful saltwater fish characterized by its translucent body covered in numerous small orange or yellow spots and a prominent blue ocellus on its caudal fin base. It is a bottom-dwelling species that sifts sand for food and requires a well-established reef aquarium with plenty of live rock for hiding.
