Description
The Apollo Betta (*Betta apollon*) is a mouthbrooding Betta species originating from southern Thailand. Unlike the more common Siamese Fighting Fish, it is generally peaceful and can be kept in community tanks with appropriate tankmates. These fish display subtle iridescent blue-green markings on their operculum and fins, thriving in aquariums with dense planting and leaf litter.
