Description
The African Moony is a striking, disc-shaped fish with a silver body adorned with prominent black vertical bands and yellow fins. Juveniles are often found in freshwater estuaries but transition to brackish and eventually full marine environments as they mature. They are schooling fish that thrive in groups and require a large aquarium.
